Sivananda Hatha Yoga

A classic holistic practice designed by a medical physician turned yogi, Swami Sivananda. A practice to restore youthfulness, maintain health and peacefulness. It includes a series of pranayama (breathwork), sun salutations and 12+ poses.

Dharma Yoga

Dharma Yoga is a graceful, yet challenging style of yoga based on Sri Dharma Mittra’s 50 years+ of classical yoga practice adapted and updated for the person of today. The Dharma sequence focuses on heart-opening and spine flexibility with a fun cheerful approach to the poses.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, the yogi's version of a nap. This is a guided deep-relaxation meditation technique while lying down. The practice gives the body and mind to de-stress, harmonize, relax and reenergize.  

Lunar Bliss Yin Yoga + Sound Journey

Honoring the gentle nature of the moon, we practice the Chandra Namaskara, Moon Salutations, and softening poses to relax you into a serenaded Savasana. Let your body and mind be lulled by the live sound bath while you rest and recover. This is a restorative practice that is open to all who desire a deep relaxation.
