A weekly gathering for practice, reflection, and shared inquiry
Offered in person + online + on-demand
Satsang translates loosely as “gathering in truth” — a space where practice becomes not only personal, but shared. The Sunday Satsang Series is for that feeling — that there's something more to yoga beyond the physical. There is. Yoga is a complete science, art, philosophy, and way of life. Here we get to explore how it all weaves together.
This is for people who already know yoga does something — and want to understand what and why. We go into the philosophy. We practice. We ask questions out loud.
Each session weaves together elements of:
+ meditation
+ pranayama (breathwork)
+ yoga philosophy
+ contemplative inquiry and discussion
+ devotional practices and reflection
The intention of this series is to create an environment where teachings can be explored in a way that is:
+ practical and accessible
+ grounded in lived experience
+ supportive of inner steadiness and self-awareness
Whether you are newer to yoga philosophy or have been practicing for years, you are welcome to join.
Practical Philosophy
Yoga philosophy is one of the most livable systems of thought ever developed. We teach it that way: through your actual week, not through concepts.
Hybrid Format
Attend either in person or online, allowing greater accessibility and continuity of practice wherever you are.
Interactive & Reflective
This is not a lecture-style course. There is space for questions, reflection, dialogue, and shared learning.
Practice-Oriented
Each gathering includes experiential elements so the teachings can be felt and integrated, not only discussed.
Based on Sacred Texts
Teachings draw from classical yoga philosophy, primarily the Yoga Sutras and Advaita Vedanta (non-duality reality)
for all those who have felt "I feel there is something more to yoga than this class." this is for you. You're right! Yoga is more than breathing and poses even though these are essential to our well-being, the other piece is Vedanta, the knowledge beyond wondering. If you ever wondered how can you have peace of mind in all aspects of life, philosophy is the key. The beauty of yoga philosophy is that it's practical. Livable. For everyday life.
Each week includes a combination of movement, breathwork, and study to support a well-rounded understanding of the practice.
