FOUNDATIONS OF YOGA

A beginners gentle introduction to yoga

Foundations of Yoga is a small-group immersion for people who want to learn yoga properly — with real guidance, at a pace that lets things land.

Rather than moving quickly through sequences, this program creates space to slow down and learn how the practice actually works — in your body, your breath, and your attention.

Through consistent practice and guided study, you’ll develop a foundation that allows yoga to become something you can return to with joy and understanding. A foundation that travels with you — steady long after you step off the mat.

Let what you've heard about yoga be woven into your life. While you work with your body, your mind develops concentration and will power (the two main ingredients for peace) giving you the key to your absolute freedom. The freedom to be who you truly are.

In yoga, we say the essence of who you are, is Satchitananda, consciousness, existence and bliss absolute.

Designed for Beginners

for all those who have felt "I want to practice yoga but I don't feel ready, the classes are too advance, I'm not flexible enough." If you have felt this, this program was designed for you. Many people feel this way and we get it. We're here for you. You can get there too.

This is where you learn what's actually happening in the room — the alignment, the breath, the why behind every pose.

Each week includes a combination of movement, breathwork, and study to support a well-rounded understanding of the practice.
