Is there a sliding scale option for your classes?

Yes, we have donation based classes offered periodically. If you are in need of assistance send us an email.
We want to make sure you can come practice. 

What happens if I don’t show up to a class I booked?

We know life happens. As a first time, we will refund your class upon request. Future no shows, are charged a no show fee depending on your membership. 

What if I’m running late, can I still join the class?

Yes, we only ask that you buzz in once. We will buzz you in when it is safe for the yoga practitioners and teacher to take a moment to buzz you in. 

Do you have mats and blocks I can borrow for class?

Yes, we ask for a $3 donation to practice on our mats.

I am pregnant. Can I practice in your yoga classes and sound baths?

Congratulations! All classes are adaptable to your needs.
For Sound Baths: During pregnancy, you and your baby may be more sensitive. To enhance your experience, we recommend sitting at the back of the room. Please consult your doctor with any questions or concerns.
